1. Know Your Car

A good driver is someone intelligent. You have to adapt your behavior to the situation. 

A few examples: someone in front has a behavior that seems a little strange: I then increase my safety distance in anticipation of a possible problem. Ditto when it rains, you just have to take a step back. 

And in the event of intense fog, do not reduce your speed to 70 km/h but rather to 50 or even 40.
